For the first five years you own your LOMS product, LOMS will repair any structural aspects (such as handles, zippers, locks, wheels). Even airline damage is covered. Damages not covered are damage resulting from cosmetic wear, scratching or cleaning and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition.

Your only responsibility is to ship your bag to us for repair or most repairs can actually be handled right in the store, in which is an authorized dealer of LOMS.

Proof of Purchase

Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase. This will be needed to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Additionally, this will serve as proof that your purchase was made at an authorized LOMS retailer. Our Five Year "Covered" Warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorized LOMS dealer.

This warranty gives you certain rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
